Provider of Community Transport assistance for the frail aged and people living with a disability to access medical and paramedical appointments, shopping, and other essential activities. Transport assistance available 7 days a week, 7am to 7pm. to register for assistance, contact the BCS Intake Worker on 6264 0200. Office hours weekdays 9am to 5pm. A $5 fee per day that service is used, capped at $15 per week.
